Packaging Damage Policy
We take great care in packaging all orders securely.
Minor damage to outer shipping packaging (boxes or mailers) does not qualify for a refund or replacement, as it is designed to protect the product inside.
However:
• If a magnetic gift box or internal product packaging arrives damaged, it is eligible for a replacement or refund
• This must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence
